There are several most common grades of Zirconia in modern industry, like yttria partially stabilized zirconia (Y-PSZ), magnesia partially stabilized zirconia (Mg-PSZ),cerium partially stabilized zirconia(Ce-TZP) and  calcium stabilized zirconia(CSZ). All these materials offer excellent properties, however, the different application, operating environment and geometry of the part will dictate which grade may be suitable for specific ceramic components. Its unique resistance to crack propagation and high thermal expansion make it an excellent material for joining ceramics with metals like steel. 

Due to the unmatched properties of zirconium oxide,  it's easy to do precisely machining process. So we could make the tolerance of thickness to be 0.001 mm, the hole size and outer diameter with tolerance 0.005mm. It's a very ideal choice for ceramic parts working under medium temperature.
