Vacuum ceramic component with metallization is a very special technical ceramic parts in the electronic and electrical application. It can achieve metal to ceramic joining by means of brazing through soft or hard solder. There is a metallic layer deposited on the surface of the ceramic base body, like moly-manganese or Tungsten, then with high-temperature sintering.
