We have been producing a variety of Metallized ceramics for electronics, like Metallized Ceramic Substrate, Metallized Ceramic Ring, metallized ceramic washer, metallized ceramic cylinder. The regular metallizations contain base layer of molybdenum or tungsten. They have a min. layer thickness of 3 µm and are deposited by screen printing, pad printing or brushing process with subsequent sintering. After this, a thin coating of nickel or gold will be deposited on the molybdenum or tungsten layer through electrically or chemically plating to achieve the wettability of the solder for brazing process.
