Ceramic Insulator for Switch Igniter Discharge Tube


Ceramic insulator for switch igniter discharge tube is made of alumina oxides with min. 95% purity, It can be shaped via dry pressing,  hot pressing, ISO pressing. In common case,  both molybdenum-manganese and Tungsten as a very popular metallizing paste are to be plated on certain surface of ceramic body via banding, screen printing, brushing, spraying to meet the brazing usage between metal and ceramic.

The ceramic metallized body have a very good bonding strength with ideal airtightness at ceramic to metal jointing technology.
