Iso pressing 96% aluminum oxide ceramic bar

In order to make the ceramic bar more dense with better electrical properties, We sometimes  take use of Iso pressing method to build some advanced ceramic bar, then with further precise fine grinding at surface to get a very straight and great flat ceramic finished bar.

We are able to produce all other different design or complicated structural ceramic shaft via fine grinding, CNC machining from smalls part to large ones. Whatever it's prototyping or mass production for cost down, we support these kind of service.
