It's made of 99.5% aluminum oxide ceramics. We commonly take use of dry press or ceramic mould injection shaping method to get a raw ceramic bar, then with further precise fine grinding at surface to get a very straight and great flat ceramic finished bar.

We are able to produce all other different design or complicated structural ceramic shaft via fine grinding, CNC machining from smalls part to large ones. Whatever it's prototyping or mass production for cost down, we support these kind of service.

It's widely used in varity of machinery, or electrical equipments because of their great electrical properties, wear resistant, outstanding mechnical strength and extrodinary resistant high temperature.
