It's made of Silicon Nitride Ceramics .  In common case,  we take use of ceramic injection molding to build these kind of fine ceramic position pin, it's easy to get a precision ceramic components. 

Sometimes, a better tolerance requirement is needed to meet customized application so that the secondary process will be carried out, such as fine grinding, lapping, polishing, then getting the final specification.

We are able to produce varity of other material ceramic centering pin, ceramic insert per customers' drawing or samples with our mould designing capability. Whatever it's protyping or mass production for cost down, we will be there help you out well.
