This 99.5% aluminum oxide ceramic ring shaped by dry pressing, then get a very dense ceramic body without any pores inside of it.

In order to meet high precise assembly usage, the flat grinding and cylinderical grinding is needed, the dimensional tolerance can be reach 0.01mm, or better after machining. Besides, both ends need to be polished to reduce the friction. 

With our mould design capability and state of the art manufacturing process, we are able to produce a various of complicated structural ceramic  parts via fine grinding, CNC machining, precise cutting and so on.
