Through dry press or ceramic mould injection manufacturing method to get a raw ceramic assembly, then precise grind the surface and machine the frame section to be final specification. Alumina Ceramic support component, It's made of 99.5% aluminum oxide ceramics.

We are able to produce all other different design or complicated structural ceramic shaft via fine grinding, CNC machining. Whatever it's prototyping or mass production for cost down, we support these kind of service.
