C799 alumina solid ceramic bars offer excellent corrosion resistance, high insulation, exceptional mechanical strength. Long-term sunshine, rainfall, humidity or other weather factors do little effect and damage on the rod surface, not even ultraviolet rays can change the rod surface quality. Meanwhile, the alumina bar has acid and alkali stability, thermal stability, high machining strength, and hardness. These advantages make sure that the alumina bar is competent in severe operating conditions.

Our regular ceramic materials are zirconia, 95% ~ 97% alumina, 99% alumina, 99.5% alumina, 99.9% alumina, silicon nitride, etc.They are widely used in medical equipment, precision machinery, precise measuring and testing equipment, and laser equipment 

Specification of alumina ceramic bars:

1. Raw material option: aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, silicon nitride and silicon carbide

2.Forming methods available: extrusion, isostatic pressing, dry pressing and hot pressing

3. Size capability: diameter range from 0.4~50 mm, length range from 2 to 1000 mm
4. Tolerance capability:  diameter to be 0.005 mm, length to be 0.10 mm or better
5.Surface finish: cylindrical surface to be polished, glazing and metallizing and so on
