Ceramic spot welding pin are made from high purity alumina ceramics, or zirconia ceramics, shaped by injection molding, dry pressing, , high temperature sintering and precision machining, with a number of advantages, such as abrasion resistance, low thermal conductivity, low expansion coefficient, corrosion resistance, high hardness, high toughness and low friction coefficient. 

It has a high precision dimensional tolerance after forming directly. Sometimes, a secondary processing will be taken to reach more higher tolerance is needed, such as CNC machining, fine grinding.

Our regular ceramic materials are zirconia, 95% ~ 97% alumina, 99% alumina, 99.5% alumina, 99.9% alumina, silicon nitride, etc.They are widely used in medical equipment, precision machinery, precise measuring and testing equipment, and laser equipment
