Special Type  Al2O3 Alumina Ceramic metallization Bushing

Ceramic metallization bushing plays a critical role between ceramic to metal, ceramic to ceramic jointing technology, It is commonly made of 95%, 99% alumina via dry pressing, ceramic injection molding, or hot pressing. 

A metallization layer is applied on ceramic base body firstly, following the metallizing ceramic base will be cured at high temperature. Then the metallization layer attach on the ceramic body tightly. In order enhance the wettability at brazing processing, a selection of coating on ceramic body is available, the typical plating is nickle plating, silver plating, gold plating , tin plating, copper plating. 

We are capable of offering high precision Metallized Ceramic Tube via variety of grinding, CNC machining, cutting processes. The finest tolerance can be +/-0.001 for length, +/-0.005 for inner and outer diameter. 

Small part-size to large part-size is availability, the min. diameter can be 1 mm,  the largest diameter is up to 800mm. The typical plating as below:
