Alumina metallized ceramic bushing is widely used in diversity of ceramic to metal jointing technology because of its excellent insulation, amazing brazing strength and exceptional hermerticity. This kind of ceramic bushing is commonly made of 95% alumina, 99% alumina or 99.5% alumina via dry pressing, ceramic injection molding, or hot pressing.

Small part-size to large part-size is avaibitlity, the min. diameter can be 1mm,  the largest diameter is up to 800mm.The typical plating as below:

1. Raw ceramic + Mo/Mn metallization 2. Raw ceramic + Ag plating 3. Raw ceramic + Mo/Mn metallization + Ni plating

4. Raw ceramic + W metallization + Au plating

We are capable of offering high precision Metallized Ceramic Tube via variety of grinding, CNC machining, cutting processes. The finest tolerance can be +/-0.001 for length, +/-0.01 for inner and outer diameter. Prototyping to mass production is an advantage to us because of our own comprehensive production line.
