We provide many different type aluminum nitride CoB substrate by dry pressing from min. size to large size with different thickness, including typical 0.30 thick, 0.38 thick, 0.50mm thick, 0.635mm thick, 1.0mm thick. Besides, customized thickness is avialble to offer.

Also varity of complicated shape,  high precision surface treatment and precise dimensional requirement can be achieved via fine grinding, polishing, lapping, cutting, CNC maching and so on.

A: The dimension out of any batch will be carried out sampling inspection per International AQL standard. 100% cosmetic inspection will be done.
