Description:

In common case, Metallized ceramic isolator is made of fine ceramic compound, such as 95% alumina, 99% alumina or higher purity. There is a layer metallization as base layer for increasing the wettability at brazing process in vacuum atmostphere, then a specific metal coating will be covered on the metallization, such as nickle plating, silver plating, gold plating or others.
