It's made of alumina oxide, or nitride aluminum  Alumina Ceramic Substrate is always to be used as printed circuit board (PCB), like DBC substrate,  Siliver coating substrate, Nickle coating substrate and so on. 

A varity of thickness of metalized ceramic substrate is able to offer, the standard thickness include 0.25mm, 0.30mm, 0.40mm, 0.50mm, 0.635mm and 1.0mm. 

In the meantime, we are able to provided different printed circuit and size per custom specification, Any OEM, ODM is welcome.
