High Precision Metallized Aluminum Oxide Ceramic Ring

In order to make the bonding strength more stronger between metal and Metallized ceramics, some secondary processes is needed, such as flat grinding at both ends, then it will have a very ideal flatness.  High precision metallised ceramic ring in alumium oxide ceramics can be shaped by dry pressing, hot pressing and mold injection.  Simple design to complicated confirguration are available to supply.

The typical metallization we offer:
