Metallization applies a thick metallic coating to a specific area of ceramic body, or Ceramic Substrate. The main metallization contains molybdenum and tungsten. .Jinghui Metallized ceramics have superior brazing characteristics due to our own unique formula paints and metallizing equipment, so all these Metallized Ceramics offer exceptional bonding strength and ideal hermeticity.

After metallization, a thick metal coating is applied to the metallized layer either using traditional plating methods or by hand using a Nickel Oxide based coating to improves its wettability. The metallization and nickel thickness is always measured using XRF technology to ensure it meets the specifications.
