High Voltage Metalized Ceramics for Power Grid Tubes

In order to resist super high voltage and high current, these kinds of Metalized Ceramic Tubes are fomed by Isostatic pressing (ISO pressed), then a super dense ceramic body can be obtained. In common case,  both end surfaces coated with a metallisation as base layer which the typical metallisation is Molybdenum- magnesia, then it should be cured in the high temperature furnace under reduced atmosphere to form a film on the specific surface, afterwards deal with electroplating.

We have been producing various of Metallized Ceramic Tube, Metallized Ceramic Ring, Vacuum Ceramic Component, Metallized Ceramic Substrate and Metallized Ceramic Insulator from different dimensions, different design, different metal coating on surface. The main shaping methods cover dry pressing, ceramic injection molding, ISO-pressing and hot pressing.

Wth small part-size to large part-size capability, the min. diameter of Metallized ceramics can be 1mm,  the largest diameter is up to 800mm. The typical plating as below:
