Ceramic Metallized Cylinder for Traveling Wave Tubes

The ceramic metallized cylinder is made from Alumina Ceramic with min. 95% purity.  It can be shaped by ISO pressing, dry pressing or hot pressing. To meet the ceramic to the ceramic, the ceramic to the metal brazing joint usage, a metal coating is to be applied on appointed surface of ceramic parts via banding, screen printing, brushing, spraying, like Mo/Mn with nickle plating. 

The ceramic metal cylinder have a very good bonding strength with ideal air tightness at ceramic to metal jointing technology.
