Metalized Alumina Relay Ceramics

Relay ceramics have to withstand very high voltage, high current, also very high mechanical strength is must. Alumina Ceramic is an ideal choice as the raw material for making relay ceramics.In the current fashion new energy industry, electrical relay is a very important component in controlling the electrical circuit system. In the paractical application,  a ceramic part is needed. In order to combine the ceramic and metal parts,  then a metallization layer will be applied on the appointed surface of ceramic part to achieve the hermetical requirement by means of brazing.  The main metallization type included as following:

1. Raw ceramic body + Mo/Mn ( W) metallization + nickle plating

2. Raw ceramic body + W metallization + gold plating
