High Purity Metalized Alumina Ceramic Washer

Metallized ceramic washer is commonly made out of high purity Alumina Ceramic, then a metal plating will be applied on the certain section as per customers' requirement with high-temperature sintering. In order to enhance the wettability in the bonding process between ceramic and metal, a following metal plating, such as nickle plating, silver plating or gold plating, will be covered on metallization layer. The top metal plating will prevent the metallization layer into oxidizing and free away the foreign contamination.
