1. High thermal conductivity of 99.5% alumina, up to 30 W/m.k at 25℃, It's fit for heat insulation application

2. Good thermal shock resistance, greater than 250 T(℃) under rapid raising temperature and cooling

3. Good surface roughness, even if flatness of large size ceramic plate to be 0.05mm after precision grinding

4. High dielectric strength, low dielectric constant and dielectric loss. It's an ideal material for insulation fileds.                     

5. Laser cutting or precision machining cutting achieve very tight tolerance to be 0.01mm

The description of alumina ceramic plates

We have been manufacturing a broad ranged of alumina (Aluminum oxide, Al2O3) ceramic plates for over 15 years under rigorous quality control with carefully selected high purity ceramic materials ranging from 95% to 99.8%.
All these alumina plates offer extraordinary properties of electrical insulation, thermal conductivity, breaking strength and high-temperature resistance.  Furthermore, one of the unique properties is its superb surface roughness to be Ra0.05 which result in excellent adhesion strength with a thin film and thick film metallization due to fine particles, also it can play a very important role in sintering process which work as alumina ceramic setter.
The regular forming methods we use include tape-casting, isostatic pressing, dry pressing, then via precision fine grinding of both surface. In additiona, we are dealing with a variety of selection of thickness from small-size to large-size capability. With our comprehensive types of manufacturing equipments, we have capability from prototyping to mass production in a short term.
