High purity alumina ceramic plates possesses high melting point and high hardness, as well as excellent wear resistance. Besides, the hardness of alumina is ≥HRA85 which is second only to the hardness of diamond, and the surface is very smooth with low friction coefficient.
We have been supplying a broad range of alumina ceramic plates in different purity from 95% to 99.8%, customized design, specific sizes. These al2o3 ceramic plates are formed by tape casting, dry pressing and ISO pressing. In order to cater to some special needs, the surface could be polished, metalized or laser cutting as per specification.
