This alumina ceramic bar are made of high purity aluminum oxide ceramics range from 95% 99.8%, it's ususally formed by dry pressing and ISO pressing with dense and smooth ceramic body. We are able to build varity of ceramic bar as per customer drawing and specification, sometimes, we will take use of some high precision manufacturing processes to deal with these ceramic bars and blocks, like fine grinding, high recision slotting and drilling. Whatever it's a prototyping project or costing down ones. All of ceramic block we manufactured have a very uniform dimensional consistency.

Q1: What kinds of raw material for ceramic setter plates you provide?
A: Besides alumina ceramics, we also manufacture ceramic setter plates in both silicon nitride and silicon carbide.
Q2: Do you have capability to produce customized ceramic setter plates?
A: Yes, we support custom-made or special shape ceramic setter plates, typically including flat setters, convex setters.
Q3: How long can I get a sample for checking the quality?
A: If we have some samples in stroage, the samples can be provided in 3 working days after receiving the inquiry from clients.
On the other hand, we will take 4~5 weeks to produce the samples as per clients specification to prepare it.
Q4. What about the transportation and delivery date?
A: Normally we use Int`l express by our forwarder, or with client`s account number. It is about 3~5 working days.
For some heavy goods, sea freight will be recommended, it will take around 1 month, but It also depends on where you are.
Q5. Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a direct manufacturer with complete manufacturing machines. You are welcome to visit our factory if it's available.
