High Purity Dry Pressed C799 Ceramic Alumina Plate

C799 ceramic alumina plate can withstand high-temperature and offer super wear resistance, hardness and mechanical strength. Additionally, it has excellent electrical insulation, chemical stability and low expansion coefficient. Due to these outstanding properties, ceramic alumina plate are commonly used in furnace, electrical & electronic, chemistry  industries and so on.

High purity ceramic alumina plates can be shaped via dry pressing, ISO pressing from small size to large size. Different thickness can be provided ranges from 1.0mm to 25mm. Besides Alumina Ceramic plate, we also manufacture zirconia ceramic plates, silicon nitride ceramic plates, silicon carbon ceramic plates and so on.  

In order to achieve some special needs or special function in the application, we could proceed with ceramic alumina plate further after high-temperature sintering, including lapping, polishing, machining, metalizing at our factory.
