Textile ceramic roller

Textile ceramic roller is commonly made of 95%,  99% alumina. It has a better wear resistant, low friction characteriscs than plastic and metal ones. Of course, it's cost efficient than metal ceramic roller. In order to prolong the service life of device, Ceramic bobbine have been extensively used in varity of textile machinery.

In common case, we will polish the wire guide section to be mirror surface to reduce the friction. We have prototyping to very high volume production capability. So we support trial order, R&D program.
