Ceramic eyelet guide is commonly made of 95%,  99% alumina or titanium oxide ceramics. We are able to provide many diversities of eyelet guide in a different color, such as one flanged type, two flanged types, grooved type, threaded type.

In order to reduce the friction of the wire guide, the inner hole is always to be polished, the polish level can be Ra0.3~0.4, or better.

Currently, we have hundreds of existing ceramic eyelet with different size and different color. It's easy to find the one which is fit for your equipment. Besides, we support prototyping program per customers' drawing or samples.
