Wearable Alumina Ceramic Seal Ring

With alumina oxide ceramic's exceptional wear resistance, anti-corrosion, extreme hardness, resistant high temperature, high pressure, and excellent toughness, 95%, 99% and 99.5% alumina is always to be an optional material used in mechanical ceramic seal devices.

We are able to supply an extensive of dimensions from diameter 1mm to 300mm, we have selection secondary processing capability, like fine grinding, CNC machining and precision cutting.  It can be built per customers' drawing and specification. A very small batch is available to offer to meet customer R&D requirement. 

Besides, we can provide other optional material for ceramic seal ring, such as zirconia, SiC, refer to attached file for properties comparison.
