Large size Alumina Ceramic seal component is made of 95%, or 99% alumina oxide ceramics. With this material low density, high melting point , a very high hardness, anti-corrision, exceptional gas/ water tightness with self-lubrication characteriscs. It's always used in metallurgical, mechanical, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, corrosion resistant pumps, automotive devices mechanical seal parts.

In order to the devics with an ideal air, water tightness.Commonly, we will do fine grinding for working surface and make it very flat to be 0.005mm flatness.
