Ceramic flat milling disc is commonly used in espresso coffee machine, which paly a grinding role in the meachine.

The main material we used is alumina from 95% to 99% alumina, this material is faumous on their outstanding properties, such as great wear resistance, well abrasive performance, high hardness and toughness, cost efficient and eco-friendly. Due to the manufacturing method is injection and press, the production efficiency is higher than CNC machining for metal grinding disc.Also it's very easy to assemble with coffee machine.

We have been supplying a few standard type ceramic milling disc, also we are able to produce it per client's special requirement or speicific dimensions. The biggest outer diameter we can proceed can be reach 130mm.
