Due to the different usage with different temperature, a selection of purity of alumina are to be used for producing ceramic thermocouple protection tube, such as 95% thermocouple protection tubes, 99% thermocouple ceramic tube and 99.7% ceramic protection tube.Sometimes, a higher content of alumina than 99.7%  is needed for using high temperature.

The specification of Alumina Ceramic Tube

1. Raw material grade: 95%, 99%, 99.5% and 99.7% alumina;

2. Outer diameter: It can be up to 300mm, the overall length can be up to 2000mm;

3. Tolerance of ceramic protection tubes: The finest tolerance can be +/-0.01mm after grinding;

4. We support custom-made alumina thermocouple protection tube based on client's drawing and samples.
