Description:
Pure ZrO2 is white, yellow or gray when containing impurities, generally contain HfO2, easily.
There are three crystalline pure ZrO2 at atmospheric pressure: Monoclinic Zirconia (m-ZrO2),Adding the stabilizer CaO, MgO, Y2O3, denoted as Ca-PSZ, Mg-PSZ, Y-PSZ.The consisting of T- ZrO2 tetragonal zirconia polycrystalline ceramics called tetragonal zirconia polycrysta, TZP. When the stabilizer is added Y2O3, CeO2, respectively denoted as Y-TZP, Ce-TZP.
We have been manufacturing varity of different thickness of zirconia ceramic wafer from 0.15mm to 1.0mm. Also customized different size is available to supply.
