Ceramic gas valve disc are made from advanced fine alumina, zirconia, silicon carbide and silicon nitride. Due to all these engineered ceramic possess superb wear resistance, hardness, chemical stability, anti-aging, ceramic valve disc lead to a good self-cleaning, abrasive resistant, corrosion resistant, self-lubrication and fatigue resistance. The ceramic valve disc solve the problem of leakage, torque and corrosion issues in corrosion, high-pressure and high-temperature applications.

In order to meet the the fluid amount precisely, sometimes, high precision secondary processings are needed to make the dimensional tolerance very tight. We are able to machine the ceramic valve disc by CNC machines at home.
