Ceramic Rods

Our factory provide a variety of Ceramic Rods in different raw materials, mainly including Alumina Ceramic, zirconia ceramic, Silicon Nitride Ceramics, aluminum nitride ceramics, Boron Nitride Ceramics and steatite ceramics and so on. The technical ceramic rods are formed by extrusion, dry pressing, hot pressing, ceramic injection molding and Isostatic pressing, a diversity of customized configuration is easy to achieve via these advanced shaping methods. All these ceramic rods have a remarkable electrical insulation, excellent high temperature resistant, chemistry resistance, wear resistance and so on. It's widely used in many different electrical, electronic appliance.
We are specilizing in manufacturing ceramic rods,  not only produce standard round, square and rectangular shapes, but also make numerous shapes as per customers' specification. Furthermore, we have our own in-house glazing, polishing and CNC machining workshop,  it helps us to complete these secondary process easily at home to reach customers' special requirements.
