Ceramic substrates commonly work as a functional ceramic component in a variety of hybrid intergrated circuit,   high-power modules, smart power semiconductors, automotive electronics and so on  because of their excellent insulation strength, excellent thermal properties, great mechanical strength and high-temperature resistance.
In the market, the mainstream Ceramic Substrate include high purity Alumina Ceramic Substrate, aluminum nitride ceramic substrate,  zirconia ceramic substrate, Silicon nitride ceramic substrate and silicon carbide cerami substrate with a borad range of applications and outstanding features. 
We focus on tape casting, dry pressing to manufacturing diveristy of ceramic substates with various of standard shapes, also the customized shape is available to supply via laser cutting. The standard thickness include such as 0.25mm, 0.30mm, 0.40mm, 0.50mm, 0.635mm, 0.80mm and 1.0mm and so on. Furthermore, bespoke thickness can be achieved if needed.
