What’s the principle of Ceramic metallization?

The metallization for ceramics mainly consists of molybdenum (Mo) and manganese (Mn) element, the manganese in the metallizing process acts as glass particles and the molybdenum play the role of metal at brazing process. In the firing process inside forming gas (90% nitrogen (N2) and 5% hydrogen (H2) vacuum furnace, the glass phrase will transfer into the ceramics, and in the brazing process, the metal (molybdenum) connects to the metal component via the solder.
