These Spark Plug Insulator is mainly made of 95% alumina oxide ceramics, then covered with a layer of glaze on external surface. It can be withstand high voltage up to 20KV, high currency and high temperature up to 1600℃.

Our automatic production line can make the products consistency very well every batch, also we use automatic spraying glazing machine to finish glaze process so that the glazed can distributed very evenly on surface.
